Once the platform becomes available, you will only be able to cancel orders through Pro Trade from 9:30 am EST until the marketplace reopens at 10:30 am EST. After the marketplace reopens, you will be able to place new orders.

Coinsquare will be undergoing scheduled dealer maintenance on Thursday, February 15, 2024 for 3 hours beginning at 6:00 am EST. During the maintenance period, our platform will be temporarily unavailable and users will be unable to log in or make deposits, trades or withdrawals.

You will be able to access the platform and its services at 9:00 am EST. However, Pro Trade will only allow you to cancel orders from 9:00 am EST until the marketplace reopens at 9:30 am EST. After the marketplace reopens, you will be permitted to place new orders.
